About me

Hello, I’m Chris — an experienced Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I offer both online and in-person therapy in London Bridge and Greenwich, working with those on their individual journey toward self-understanding and growth.

My own path to therapy began in advertising, where I felt unfulfilled and disconnected. This led me to shift into the caring professions, starting with youth development work in India. I returned to London to support those with special learning needs and continue working part-time in a neurodiversity-affirming space as a tutor and mentor. It was during this time that I really started to gain clarity and finally settled in to what felt like home for me, completing my MSc in Therapeutic Counselling and gaining experience with the NHS and in private practice.

Throughout my life I experienced my own challenges with anxiety, loss, and shame, and had to reconsider my lived experiences through a whole new lens as I received my own late diagnosis of ADHD at the age of 36. In my journey as an integrative therapist I’ve had the privilege of being invited by others to help them face their own challenges of anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, grief, neurodiversity, and much more. I have been the beneficiary of therapy that helped me connect to the lost parts of myself, and I truly believe everyone deserves to feel heard, understood. I am proud to be here to help support you as you navigate life’s complexities.

My approach

As an integrative therapist, I blend different therapeutic approaches to tailor the work to your unique needs. I draw from person-centred, existential, and psychodynamic therapy to explore both present challenges and significant past experiences that may still be impacting your life. Together, we’ll work to uncover the unconscious patterns and life scripts that shape the way you think, feel, and relate to others.

I offer a warm, non-judgemental space for you to reconnect with your true self. Many of us have learned to dismiss or suppress our feelings and needs, often from a young age. My goal is to help you increase your self-awareness, embrace self-acceptance, and integrate all parts of yourself, so you can feel more whole, confident, and empowered in your choices.

Specialisms & Experience:

  • Anxiety, panic attacks, and depression

  • Self-esteem issues and personal growth

  • Relationship struggles and life transitions

  • Neurodiversity (ADHD, autism) and learning needs

  • Grief and loss

I also work with clients from marginalized backgrounds who may face prejudice, discrimination, or identity-related challenges, offering a safe space to explore these experiences.
