An integrative relational approach

At the heart of therapy is a genuine, supportive relationship where you feel seen, understood, and accepted just as you are. This connection itself is one of the most powerful ingredients for change. In integrative relational therapy, we focus on building a trusting, collaborative space where we can safely explore your experiences together. It’s within this authentic relationship that healing, self-understanding, and new possibilities can naturally unfold.

Flexible Therapy:
Online, In-Person, or Hybrid

Research has shown that talking therapy can be just as effective whether it is conducted in-person or online, and I believe it is important to understand what works best for each individual; what feels safest, and most therapeutically beneficial.

Some find value in attending somewhere new, having a dedicated space for their therapy practice that feels safe and contained, and appreciate the feel of sharing the same physical space as their therapist.

Others find they are better able to open up from their own space, when communicating through a screen, and feel safest and most able to relax and connect more freely online. They may also simply have travel challenges and find online to be a much more accessible option.

I am happy to help you figure out what fits best for your needs and offer flexibility - if you begin online and decide in-person is a better fit, or vice versa, you are not limited to the first option you choose. Similarly, if you attend in-person but needs occasionally require remote sessions, these accommodations can be made.

I value regularly checking-in, so this would be part of an ongoing dialogue in our therapy work together!

Low-cost introduction & session fees

I understand it is important to find the right person for you, and so for our first meeting I offer a couple of lower cost options to accommodate this:

50 minute full introductory session online or in-person (discount rate £40):
A confidential space for you to share in detail your reasons for seeking therapy, for us to identify your needs and expectations, and get a sense of how we may work together

20 minute brief consultation by video or telephone (No Fee):
A confidential call to discuss what you’re looking for, and a chance for any questions, before you decide whether you’d like to explore setting up a full session

Standard session fees:
Beyond the introduction session, the fees per 50 minute session are £60 for online, and £75 for in-person at the comfortable practice rooms in London Bridge or Greenwich.
